Phytochemical analysis of Tanaecium bilabiatum leaf led to the isolation and identification salacinin C, daturadiol a mixture triterpenes, α-amyrin β-amyrin. Besides chemical analysis, methanol extract T. leaf, METBL was evaluated for analgesic, anti-diarrheal hypoglycemic potential in mice model. For analgesic activity test by tail immersion technique, significantly extended percent elongation time thermal nociception. (400 mg/kg bw) also established highest inhibition formalin-induced abdominal writhing (69.39%) mice, which comparable with standard aspirin (75.51%). Likewise, dose-dependent antidiarrheal observed this test. After oral administration, demonstrated maximum (40.93%) castor oil-induced diarrhea mice. In glucose tolerance test, plant produced significant (p < 0.05) activity. Therefore, it is concluded that promising source bioactive compounds potential. Bangladesh J.
